Please follow these rules when using HORN services.

How to Order

  1. 1.OPEN A TICKET at Level-Up or MESSAGE ANY ADMIN available in the world to place your order.
  2. 2.ONCE an admin accepts your order, they will BRING you to their respective room.
  3. 3.The admin will then GUIDE you to PURCHASE YOUR DESIRED PACK from the vending machine.
  4. 4.Example: PACK 5 = 35 DLS Vend
